As a Digital Planner at Ertri Indonesia, you will play a key role in shaping how brands grow through strategic, data-driven digital campaigns. You won't just execute plans — you will help craft them, optimize them, and ensure they deliver real impact.
What You Will Do
As a Digital Planner, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital campaign strategies end-to-end. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic digital media plans based on client objectives and campaign goals
- Create media recommendations, digital proposals, and performance-driven strategies
- Manage, optimize, and review campaign performance across multiple platforms
- Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights and reports
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners/vendors
- Respond to client briefs and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate the execution of digital media plans across all channels
- Manage and control campaign budgets efficiently
- Stay updated with market trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital planning, preferably in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and skills
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior
