Qualifications:
- Passionate in skincare, health, & beauty products.
- Minimum Bachelors/Diploma Degree
- Min 4 years experience in creating growing beauty/skin care/wellness/retail brand.
- Min 5 years experience in creating online marketing strategy, digital marketing, & growing social media, preferably for beauty/skincare/retail products.
- Min 5 years experience in COPYWRITING in English & Indonesian.
- Min 3 year experience & expertise in TECHNICAL setting, analyzing, & optimizing FB ads/IG ads/youtube ads/tiktok ADS,landing page, content & copywriting, etc.
- Min 3 years experience in using FB page & FB Business Manager.
- Min 2 years experience in managing Tiktok Ads.
- Min 3 years experience in managing ecommerce (Shopee, Tiktok) strategy.
- Min 4 years experience in managing teams.
- Min 4 years in managing social media & growing online sales.
- Min 5 years experience in creating social media contents
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English writing.
- Can work in start-up environment.
- Experienced in using MS Office (Excel, Word, dll).
