Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital operations or the financial services industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira, app backend, campaign backend, and core systems.
