Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads to drive performance-based campaigns, optimize customer acquisition, and support business growth through data-driven advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a primary focus on Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign structure
  2. Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and supporting platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  3. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  4. Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword optimization, bidding strategies, targeting refinement, and creative improvements.
  5. Collaborate closely with creative, design, and developer teams to ensure ads and landing pages are conversion-focused.
  6. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors or advertising partners when required.

Requirements :

  • 35 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
  • Experience handling digital products (PPOB or similar industries is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in handling Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, Performance Max, and setting up Conversion Tracking), with working knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting or data visualization tools.
  • Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives, briefs, and content strategy.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working closely with developer teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
