Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads (Shopee / Tokopedia).
  • Support the Digital Marketing Supervisor/Manager in driving demand and revenue through well-executed digital campaigns.
  • Assist in developing creative angles, hooks, and messaging ideas based on product insights and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, cost per lead, CPA, and ROAS to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and execute campaigns at the SKU level, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right funnel stage.
  • Track daily and weekly campaign performance and prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Creative, and KOL teams to continuously improve creative performance.
  • Support creative testing initiatives and help scale high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.
  • Experience in FMCG, supplement, fitness, or DTC brands is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of digital funnels, conversion metrics, and creative testing.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance data.
  • Curious, fast learner, and open to testing, iteration, and feedback.
  • Strong execution mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Not ego-driven and willing to grow into a Senior or Managerial role in digital marketing.
