Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surabaya for a Digital Marketing Specialist at PropNex Indonesia. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication to enhance the company's digital presence and reach the target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. SEO & SEM Strategy: Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings in search engines. Conduct keyword research.
  2. Traffic Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to provide strategic recommendations.
  3. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop engaging content concepts, content pillars, and social media reports.
  4. Editing Software Utilization: Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
  5. Ad Management: Manage advertisements for search engines and social media platforms.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience with a strong background in digital marketing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO and market trends.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Adwords, Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics & Data Studio/Looker
  5. Proficiency in SEO / SEM tools such as Ahref, Semrush, Similarweb
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate within a creative environment.
