End-to-End Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and execute content plans across the company's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Content Agency Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to liaise, direct, and collaborate seamlessly with external agencies for regular content production
Content Production & Copywriting: Produce creative content and write compelling copy for various formats, including social media captions and long-form articles. Conduct article audits to ensure quality and relevance.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and visual identity.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and identify fresh content opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth), prepare insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content production.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent copywriting skills (for both social media and articles) and verbal communication skills.
Basic design and editing skills using Canva.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
A strong team player who can also work independently with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Design & Production: Canva (Basic editing).
Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads/Manager.
