Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and brand growth for our SaaS platform. This role is both strategic and executional: you will plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring marketing initiatives directly contribute to qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.

You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to create seamless lead nurturing flows, optimize messaging, and test new growth channels. This is a fast-paced role where experimentation, agility, and a strong data-driven mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels: from ads landing pages CRM nurture.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS).
  • Manage and improve SEO, website traffic, and content distribution to increase organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with Content Creator to align campaigns with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Coordinate webinars and online events as lead-generation activities.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Explore and validate new acquisition channels (partnerships, communities, offline activations).
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B industries.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of conversion funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, CR, churn).
  • Comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns with limited resources.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in event/webinar marketing.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut) to support campaign execution.
  • Previous exposure to partnership or community-based marketing.
