Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with opportunities for remote work. The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key tasks include managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance metrics, optimizing online marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ecommerce in FMCG
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with Web Analytics and the ability to interpret performance data
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
