Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage multiple client accounts end-to-end.
You will own strategy execution, coordinate internal teams, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns move from plan to launch without delays.
This role combines account management, digital execution, and performance oversight.

Core Responsibilities
1. Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as main point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead weekly check-ins and performance discussions
- Communicate strategy, execution progress, and KPIs clearly
- Manage expectations and protect scope
- Push for approvals, assets, and decisions quickly
- Build long-term trust with clients
Success looks like: Clients feel confident, supported, and aligned with no communication gaps.
2. Digital Strategy Execution
- Translate high-level strategy into structured weekly action plans
- Align content, ads, funnels, and messaging toward measurable KPIs
- Ensure marketing activity supports revenue goals (not vanity metrics)
- Identify growth opportunities within each account
- Propose optimisations and experiments

3. Multi-Project Management
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Break campaigns into actionable tasks
- Assign deliverables to creatives and ads specialists
- Track deadlines daily
- Prevent bottlenecks and delays
- Ensure quality control before anything goes live
Success looks like: No chaos, no last-minute panic, consistent delivery.
4. Content & Campaign Coordination
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns
- Brief creatives on hooks, messaging, and positioning
- Improve captions, scripts, and creative angles
- Ensure consistency with brand voice
- Coordinate shoots and UGC when required
- Ensure assets are organised and reusable
Success looks like: Content consistently supports conversion goals.
5. Ads & Funnel Oversight (Meta + Google)
- Prepare campaign briefs (objective, audience, offer, creative angle)
- Coordinate ad creative pipeline
- Ensure campaigns launch on time
- Monitor weekly performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- Identify underperformance early
- Suggest optimisation direction
Success looks like: Campaigns improve over time, not stagnate.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track industry-relevant KPIs (leads, bookings, revenue, funnel metrics)
- Translate numbers into insights and next steps
- Communicate ROI clearly
- Maintain internal KPI dashboards
Success looks like: Clients understand results, and decisions are data-backed.
7. Operations & Workflow Discipline
- Maintain Notion/Trello/Sheets for each client
- Keep documentation clean and structured
- Track approvals and revisions
- Maintain meeting notes with action points
- Ensure founder does not need to micromanage
Success looks like: Clean systems, clear accountability, minimal confusion.
Requirements
- 24+ years in digital marketing, agency, or multi-client environment
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, and content strategy
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong English (written + spoken)
- High ownership mentality
- Strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable pushing clients and managing pressure
- Structured, organised, and proactive

- Canva (basic editing + coordination)
- Meta Business Suite familiarity
- Basic GA4 understanding
