Anthony Sudarsono is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Ads Performance) who is highly data-driven and performance-focused to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Develop and execute full-funnel ad strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and budgets
- Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
- Scale high-performing campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage pixels, conversion tracking, and basic analytics to ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid ad budgets
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented
- Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform algorithms
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with personal brands, coaches, or content-driven businesses
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and tracking tools
