Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
2. Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
3. Handle content creation and management for social platforms (Twitter, IG, FB, YouTube).
4. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and user growth.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the Indonesian market.
6. Manage social media calendars, storytelling, and brand messaging.
7. Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Requirements
1. 24+ years of experience in digital marketing (fintech experience is a plus).
2. Strong understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and user behavior.
3. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and tracking systems.
4. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance optimization.
5. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
7. Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions.
8. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
