Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Utilize Salesforce for CRM, lead management, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Conduct SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis using tools such as Ahrefs.
  • Manage and optimize websites using WordPress, including content updates and basic performance optimization.
  • Use Sprout Social and other tools for social media management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Perform social listening to monitor brand sentiment, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to improve conversion and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Must be fluent and confident in using English for professional, day-to-day communication (both written and spoken)
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing area
  • Hands-on experience managing digital ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
  • Familiar with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for lead and campaign tracking
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis (experience with Ahrefs is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
