We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the planning and execution of integrated media and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategy across the full customer funnel (awareness to retention)
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, and KOL/influencer channels
- Oversee website/landing page performance and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve retention and customer lifetime value
- Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and ensure efficient budget allocation (ROI/ROAS-driven)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading technology-driven companies, digital platforms, or online marketplaces would be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and campaign analytics
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
