We are looking at a Digital Marketing Manager at creative agency with placement at Kalideres, Daan Mogot. You'll drive our client's multi-channel digital strategy — from social media to performance ads — and lead cross-functional execution that moves fast, scales big, and delivers measurable results.
What You'll Do:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- High familiarity on Social Media and Paid Ads Marketing
- Analyze campaign performance regularly (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business users
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize to improve ROAS and cost per result
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization.
- Collaborate with brand, content and designer teams to develop high-performing creative contents
- Prepare the monthly social media and ads performance report for each clients with the analysis and improvement plan
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing / paid ads
- Experience in creative agency is a plus
- Able to manage and handle multiple clients
- Proficient in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Performance).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English
