Kuubiik is representing aUK-based AI healthcare simulation companytargeting universities within the higher education sector. The client is seeking aDigital Marketing Managerto support campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing operations.
This role is execution-focused and ideal for a mid-level marketing professional who is comfortable running campaigns, managing CRM and pipelines, and coordinating closely with senior marketing consultants. The primary objective is to support growth in theUK higher education marketthrough structured outbound, paid campaigns, and strong marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting setup, and performance monitoring
- Manage founder-led outreach programs, including email sequences and follow-ups
- Build and maintain target prospect lists using LinkedIn manual search techniques
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics on a weekly basis
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM with accurate contact records and pipeline stages
- Create and manage email automation sequences
- Track lead progression and follow-up tasks
- Generate weekly pipeline, activity, and performance reports
Content & Collateral
- Coordinate case study development and distribution
- Prepare marketing materials for industry conferences and events
- Adapt marketing content for different channels and target audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Administrative & Coordination
- Support conference preparation and basic logistics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on marketing priorities
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
- Document processes and create SOPs for recurring tasks
Must-Haves
Experience
- 34 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with B2B exposure
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for business use and basic paid advertising concepts
- Strong written communication skills in English

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
