Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Beorganik Indonesia in West Jakarta. This person will responsible for Beorganik brand and other sister company that will be launching soon (Beauty and Pet). The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible specifically in digital marketing strategies (Ads, Affiliator, Live streamer and othe marketing tools) , social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts to promote the brand's health and wellness products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or Related Fields.
• Minimum 3th + of Digital Marketing Experience.
• Experience Handling E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, etc).
• Experience Monitoring Dashboard Performance of E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop) including Keywords, AMS, SEO, CMS, Meta Dashboard.
• Must Be Creative and Full of Out of The Box Ideas to achieve sales target
• Experience in Handling Live streamer
• Experience Handling KOLs: Research and Analyze Potential KOLs in Relevant Fields to Build A Comprehensive database.
• Experience Handling Affiliator : Managing existing Affiliator and Gather New Pottential Affiliator
• Experience Building, Launching, and Reporting on Campaign
• Assist with Managing People and Have Strong Leadership
• Have Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking Abilities
• Have Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Collaboratively in A Team Environment
• Experience in The Health and Wellness Industry is A Plus
