Responsibilities
In general, develop and execute a digital marketing strategy grow Flash Global SIM.
- Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, display ads, EDMs
- Create and oversee execution of content creation plan for social media
- Create, execute and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta and Tiktok Ads, etc.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance on campaigns across the board, providing actionable insights for improvements
- Optimising company's website for SEO
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Work in-sync across departmental teams to align marketing strategies with business targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in driving awareness and conversion rates in travel, tech or telecommunication industry or top-tier agency.
- Experienced Leader: Ability to lead a team and previous experience of leading a team of minimum 2 people is required.
- Brand Development: Proven track record of establishing or growing a brand through great communication guidelines.
- Digital Content Native: Possess expertise in social media platforms, online advertising and copywriting best practices for digital ads.
- Creative Communicator: Ability to create and convey great stories and messaging that resonate with large audiences.
- Bilingual: Excellent writing and communication skills in Indonesian & English- with deep understanding of cultural nuances.
- Good Understanding of Travel: Experienced in travelling both domestic and international destinations is not required but a huge advantage.
