We're looking for a high-agency Marketing Manager to drive growth and pipeline. This is a special role for someone who wants global exposure and wants to jump into the AI space right now — building inside a real AI company, shipping fast, and owning results.
What you'll do:
Growth & Acquisition
- Own acquisition across Meta (Click-to-WhatsApp), Google/Search, TikTok, retargeting, and experiments.
- Launch weekly tests (creative angles, audiences, offers, landing pages, WhatsApp flows).
- Track CAC/ROAS/pipeline and optimize for efficiency.
Conversion & Lifecycle
- Improve conversion end-to-end: ads → landing → WhatsApp → demo/trial → revenue.
- Build follow-up + nurture loops that increase close rate and reduce lead drop-off.
- Set up lightweight reporting that ties marketing to revenue.
Messaging & GTM Assets
- Turn complex AI features into simple, compelling value propositions.
- Build what sales needs to win: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, use cases, case studies.
- Partner with product/founders to align ICP, offers, and go-to-market.
Maximum AI Leverage
- Push AI to its limits to accelerate your research, copy iteration, and campaign analysis.
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks so you can focus purely on high-impact growth.
- Obsessively test new AI tools and champion the best ones across the company.
What we're looking for:
- Mindset: Someone who Gets Sh*t Done, strives for Continuous Improvement, and always Stays Humble.
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing/growth/performance (startup, SaaS, or commerce tech preferred).
- High Agency: You don't wait to be told what to do — you plan, execute, and ship outcomes.
- Technical Chops: Strong hands-on execution on Meta (especially Click-to-WhatsApp) + at least one of: Search or TikTok.
- Data-Driven: Deeply comfortable owning funnel metrics and making decisions based on numbers.
- Communication: Strong English proficiency (must).
- AI Native: You actively use AI to move faster and better. If AI isn't part of your daily workflow, this won't be a fit.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing to e-commerce/D2C brands or selling SaaS to operators.
- Familiar with WhatsApp commerce, conversational funnels, CRM.
