Digital Marketing Executive (Pluit)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

2. Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter)

3. Launch optimized paid advertising through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to increase company and brand awareness

4. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website

5. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

6. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web & Social Media analytics tools

7. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

8. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

9. Building relationships with the community through online and offline activities to strengthen the brand's position.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

3. Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

4. Skills & Experience of analytics tools.

5. Skills and experience in creative content writing.

6. Skills in creating short-form content to support brand content needs.

7. Analytical mindset and critical thinking

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
