The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is more than just a platform manager. You are a growth architect who understands how to build, optimize, and scale digital funnels. This role is for someone who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. You won't just be managing ads; you will be responsible for the performance of the entire conversion path.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Strategy & Execution: Design and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) focused on high-intent lead generation and revenue.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the entire user journeyfrom the first ad impression to the final conversionensuring every touchpoint is geared toward ROI.
- AI-Driven Implementation: Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, campaign testing, and data analysis to stay ahead of the traditional agency curve.
- Data Intelligence: Move beyond basic reporting. You will interpret data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, providing actionable insights that dictate the next 7 days of strategy.
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are not just pretty, but are scientifically designed to convert based on performance data.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing (Agency experience preferred).
- Deep technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM integrations.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page psychology.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with AI tools for marketing workflow automation is a significant plus.
