About the customer:

The customer is a fast-growing F&B group in Bali operating several brands. With around 10 outlets across Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu, they specialize in offering a variety of comfort foods from freshly baked cinnamon rolls to artisanal pizzas and tacos. Their concept revolves around creating high-quality, crave-worthy dishes that can be enjoyed conveniently.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and support various marketing activities. This role focuses on campaign management, data analysis, and performance optimization. The position begins with a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and retargeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Set up and maintain tracking tools such as pixels, conversion events, and tags.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on audience behavior and campaign results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing page performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Support general marketing tasks such as market research, competitor checks, and campaign coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align digital initiatives with ongoing promotions and brand activities.

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager.
  • Understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Experience in F&B marketing is a plus but not required.

For this position, the client's budget is between IDR 12.000.000 - 15.000.000 /month
