Digital Marketing (Ads Specialist)

Avond Studio is a branding & design agency that aims to help businesses in terms of graphic design, social media, branding & strategy, and also website. Our office is located in Rungkut Megah, Surabaya. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (flexible). Our first year salary ranges from IDR 3,800,000 6,000,000/month.

Job Descriptions

Main

• Handles our clients&apos digital presence and optimization
• Ads Management (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, E-commerce)
• Data analysis
• Digital marketing strategy and campaigns (especially on social media)
• Research market, positioning, competitors, and other aspects of our clients&apos brands
• Creating content idea and content plan for our clients&apos digital platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok and website)
• Monthly report
• Presenting report to internal team and clients
• Monitoring the creative and production team (graphic designers, talents, photographers) for the content production process
• Finding third parties for our clients&apos digital strategy (KOL, talent, other brands to collaborate)
• Copywriting
• SEO
• SEM
• Keeping up to date with digital and social media trends

Secondary:

• Creating marketing idea and content plan for our clients&apos digital platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok)
• Copywriting
• Assisting with SEO
• Monitoring the creative and production team (graphic designers, talents, photographers) for the content production process

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience

Formal or non-formal academic background in related field

Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

Knowledge and skills in Branding and Social Media Marketing

Copywriting skill

Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving

Communication and presentation skill

Efficient time management
