Analyzing the development of the digital banking industry and evaluate SeaBank positioning in the market, especially in terms of lending.
Analyze economic models, business plans, and operational models for products and services related to digital lending.
Implement product roadmap and Bank services based on strategy and company objectives and regulatory policies applicable.
Act as a product owner on the product and digital lending services, to perform benchmarks, manage product backlogs, and prioritizing in line feature releases with roadmaps.
Propose operational planning and business in product development and the most effective bank services for achieve profit optimization
Profit optimization through targeted acquisition, portfolio management, and partnerships.
Prepare and review related reports product development development and digital loan service to be reported to management.
Identify opportunities from commercial and consumer products and banking services portfolio.
Analyze data, reports, and feedback related to the performance of all digital lending products with data based.
Formulate product development that more effective based on Bank data, including formulation of cooperation with Partners to optimize the Bank's profits
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferably from Business Administration, Management or Economics
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services & technology or consulting. Domain knowledge in banking a must.
Proven experience in strategic and B2B partnership roles, with a demonstrated track-record of developing, cultivating, and successfully completing a strategy
Knowledgeable about consumer lending business models, products and strategies
Experience working with or for other digital affiliates, online-based P2P businesses, and/or consumer acquisitions
Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally; collaborate & influence as part of a team
