Job Description

1. Drive growth strategies and enhance efficiency through digital technology implementation
2. Analyzing market trends and the latest technological developments
3. Developing ideas and innovations, and gathering insights from business users to identify transformation opportunities
4. Designing comprehensive functional solutions and integrating business needs with technology
5. Creating mockup and validating solutions before full-scale implementation
6. Communicate transformation progress and strategy to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors
7. Ensure seamless adoption and integration of new technologies across business units
8. Evaluate digital solution performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
9. Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, while fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Computer Science
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in roles related to Think Tank, Planning and Strategic Development, or Research and Development
3. Experience across multiple industries, with a strong preference for the property/real estate sector
4. Expertise in design conceptualization, digital technology adoption, and value-added analysis to drive business impact
5. Proven track record of managing and completing at least 3 digital development or initiatives
6. Works with minimum requirements and supervision
7. General business knowledge and understanding
