Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager with a Growth Hacking mindset to manage the ad spend for Godrinks.com. You will not be responsible for content creation or designwe have a dedicated in-house creative team of 7 people for that. Your sole focus is distribution: ensuring the right creative reaches the right audience at the right time to drive sales. You will use AI tools to analyze data, optimize bidding, and scale our IDR 50-100M monthly budget.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy: Manage and deploy the monthly budget across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Maps, Display), and TikTok with a strict focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Advanced Segmentation: Build and refine granular audience segments to capture specific demographics in Bali:
  • Short-term Tourists: Geo-targeting specific areas (Seminyak, Uluwatu) and intent to travel audiences.
  • Expats/Residents: Retargeting based on previous purchase behavior and lifestyle interests.
  • Creative Briefing: Act as the client to our internal design team. You will tell them exactly what formats and hooks are performing best based on your data analysis, so they can produce winning assets.
  • AI-Driven Optimization: Use AI tools to automate bidding strategies, predict trends, and analyze large datasets to identify wasted spend immediately.
  • Funnel Optimization: specific focus on the Acquisition phaseturning cold traffic from search and social into first-time website visitors.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, data-heavy reports on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) per channel and segment performance.
  • RequirementsPure Performance Background: You are a media buyer or growth hacker, not a content creator. You live in Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Budget Experience: Proven track record managing budgets of IDR 50M - 100M+ per month with positive ROI.
  • Strategic Segmentation: Deep understanding of how to use custom audiences, lookalikes, and geo-fencing to target the Bali market effectively.
  • Collaborative: Ability to give clear, data-backed instructions to designers and content creators (e.g., I need a 15-second video for this specific tourist demographic).
  • Tech Stack: Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and familiar with AI data analysis tools.
