Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Badung as a Digital & CRM Manager. The role involves overseeing and optimizing CRM platforms, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data for insights, and segmenting the market to improve customer engagement strategies. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and oversee projects that enhance the customer experience and brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving data-driven decision-making
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and target audiences effectively
  • Experience with Sales and Market Segmentation to develop targeted campaigns and achieve business goals
  • Project Management expertise to plan and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and tools is highly advantageous
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
