About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Group Head with strong digital-first expertise and deep familiarity with production in an agency environment. This role is for a senior creative leader who can drive big ideas, guide teams, and ensure concepts translate seamlessly into high-quality executions across digital work.

You'll be responsible for setting the creative direction, overseeing content creation production, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, on-brand work—while staying hands-on when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the development of strong creative and visual ideas for digital campaigns, social content, and integrated work
  • Set the overall creative direction and ensure consistency across multiple projects and brands
  • Provide guidance and creative oversight throughout production processes, including photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation
  • Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, and account teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Ensure ideas are strategically sound, feasible, on-brand, and well-executed within timelines and budgets
  • Review and elevate creative output, maintaining high visual and storytelling standards across all deliverables
  • Support client presentations when required

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with proven experience as a Senior Art Director or Creative Lead, preferably in a creative or digital agency
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with production workflows (photo, video, post-production)
  • Able to balance leadership and hands-on involvement when needed
  • Solid experience delivering digital-first and social-led content at scale
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and managing multiple teams or projects
  • Strong creative judgment, visual taste, and storytelling ability

Nice to Have

  • Experience overseeing motion, video, or post-production workflows
  • Experience working with fast-moving brands, campaigns, or regional clients
