ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Digital Creative Graphic Designer with strong social media instincts. This role is focused on visual execution, where you'll shape SKINTED's digital look & feel and create high-impact visuals for social-first platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Social media responsibilities sit as a supporting scope, ensuring all content is visually strong, cohesive, and scroll-stopping. This is a hands-on role for someone confident in execution and able to move fast independently.
SCOPE OF WORK
Creative & Graphic Design (Main Focus)
- Design visual assets for social media, ads, and campaigns
- Translate content and campaign ideas into impactful designs
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with SKINTED's brand identity
- Apply current design, beauty, and social media visual trends
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction
Social Media Content Support
- Drive social media content execution as part of a collaborative team
- Ensure strong visuals across formats (static, carousel, stories, video covers)
- Contribute visual-driven content ideas
- Assist with captions when needed (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
MUST HAVE
- Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, and Canva. Proficiency in any other photo/video editing tools will be greatly appreciated.
- Strong graphic design and visual execution skills (Minimum 1 Year Experience)
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- High interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Age range: 2328 years old
- Good time management, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE (BONUS)
- Experience with beauty or lifestyle brands
- Familiar with TikTok trends & internet culture
- Basic video or motion graphic skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & content performance
