We are looking for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist to drive performance through Google Ads campaigns to marketplace (Shopee), focusing on Performance Max and Demand Gen.
This role will also manage SEO initiatives to grow our website as an education hub and future web commerce channel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support campaign scaling and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads performance campaigns (Performance Max and Demand Gen) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions, including strategies to scale Google-to-Marketplace (Shopee) traffic and sales.
- Build scalable campaign structures using keyword audience, or intent-based segmentation.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify new demand opportunities.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking systems using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (events, parameters, and conversions).
- Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, Quality Score, impression share, and search term performance to ensure optimal results.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct SEO keyword research and search intent analysis to identify organic growth opportunities.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO.
- Solid experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, or Demand Gen.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Google Search Console.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and attribution models for tracking and performance analysis.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools for campaign and keyword research.
- Experience with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and website structure.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace-driven performance marketing is a plus.
