Digital ads are a primary growth engine for the company, and we are looking for a Digital Ads Manager who can lead strategy, optimize conversions with disciplined budget management, and drive meaningful business outcomes across awareness and performance channels. In this role, you'll operate with high autonomy, influence cross-functional decision-making, and manage external partners to ensure flawless execution and ROI discipline.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-End Ads Budget Ownership: Own, plan, and optimize multi-million monthly ad spend across awareness, acquisition, and conversion campaigns while achieving strict ROAS and cost-efficiency targets.
  • Third-Party & Vendor Management: Lead and manage relationships with agencies, ad networks, and other external partners. Set clear KPIs, oversee performance, ensure accountability, and optimize partner output through structured reviews and guidance.
  • New Buyer Growth: Build and execute data-driven campaigns that acquire high-quality new buyers across our brands.
  • Conversion Optimization: Lead performance strategies for in-app marketplace ads and other digital conversion channels.
  • Data-Backed Decisions: Continuously analyze performance by cohort, channel, and funnel stage to refine targeting and maximize impact. Translate insights into strategic actions that improve ROI, targeting precision, and buyer retention.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between ad strategy, user lifecycle, and business priorities. Influence decision-making using clear narratives backed by data.

What Success Looks Like (612 Months)

  • Steady month-on-month growth in new buyers across multiple product lines.
  • Higher repurchase rate among newly acquired users, driven by smarter targeting.
  • Optimized spend with consistent, healthy ROAS across awareness and conversion campaigns.
  • Strong, measurable performance improvements from third-party partners due to structured KPI and governance processes.

Requirements

You're a Fit If

  • You think and decide based on data, not anecdotes, and can translate metrics into strategic choices.
  • You have 35 years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally with consumer tech or eCommerce brands in Indonesia.
  • You're fluent in using ads platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplace ads) and understand attribution and cohort analysis.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments, take full ownership of results, and are open to testing new ideas until the best solution is found.
  • Have experience leading external agencies or vendors, including setting KPIs, evaluating performance, and ensuring accountability.
