Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of CRM/CDM strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle planning to drive engagement and database growth.
  • Plan and execute data-driven customer journeys across CRM touchpoints (e.g., email marketing), from strategy to implementation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user data to generate actionable insights and continuous optimization plans.
  • Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including briefing, production, QA, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Developers, Data) and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of CRM/CDM initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables across all campaigns, including content accuracy, personalization logic, and technical execution.
  • Oversee UI/UX best practices for CRM assets (emails, landing pages), ensuring mobile optimization and user-friendly experience.
  • Support both strategic planning and hands-on execution, adapting to project needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and data utilization across campaigns.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Intermediate in english both verbal and written
  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM, CDM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns.
  • Experience in client handling and managing projects independently.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is required.
  • Experience in managing teams or external vendors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/CDM strategy, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Basic hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and CMS.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with BI and database tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
