Lead the development of CRM/CDM strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle planning to drive engagement and database growth.
Plan and execute data-driven customer journeys across CRM touchpoints (e.g., email marketing), from strategy to implementation.
Analyze campaign performance and user data to generate actionable insights and continuous optimization plans.
Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including briefing, production, QA, and deployment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Developers, Data) and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of CRM/CDM initiatives.
Ensure high-quality deliverables across all campaigns, including content accuracy, personalization logic, and technical execution.
Oversee UI/UX best practices for CRM assets (emails, landing pages), ensuring mobile optimization and user-friendly experience.
Support both strategic planning and hands-on execution, adapting to project needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and data utilization across campaigns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Intermediate in english both verbal and written
4–6 years of experience in CRM, CDM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven track record in managing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns.
Experience in client handling and managing projects independently.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is required.
Experience in managing teams or external vendors is a plus.
Strong understanding of CRM/CDM strategy, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Basic hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and CMS.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
Familiarity with BI and database tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
