Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the Digital project as the primary point of contact. This role is responsible for end-to-end digital delivery, operational excellence, and stakeholder management across a complex retail ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership presence with hands-on operational discipline and technical understanding of digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main PIC and Digital Account Lead for the project, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Establish clear operational structures, SOPs, and working discipline for developers and digital teams.
  • Lead day-to-day project operations including task prioritization, issue tracking, escalation handling, and resolution.
  • Translate client business requirements into clear operational and technical briefs for internal teams.
  • Design and oversee customer journeys for digital campaigns and landing pages.
  • Manage Google Business Profile (GBP) verification and large-scale listing operations.
  • Oversee UI/UX implementation to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and cross-device consistency.
  • Ensure readiness and stability of digital campaign infrastructure, including push notifications, SMS, voucher systems, and payment or wallet integrations.
  • Supervise integrations such as OTP/SSO, POS systems, CRM platforms, and data pipelines.
  • Monitor campaign and operational performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables are met.
  • Lead client meetings, progress updates, and incident discussions with professionalism and authority.
  • Manage stakeholders across client HQ, vendors, store owners, promoters, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve performance, usability, and operational reliability of digital assets.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members.
  • Stay up to date with digital, retail, and front-end best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital account management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven experience handling complex or high-pressure digital projects, preferably in retail or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience acting as primary PIC for enterprise or large clients.
  • Practical experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) or similar listing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ETL concepts, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Exposure to OTP/SSO flows, voucher systems, POS or retail system integrations.
  • Understanding of digital campaign infrastructure including push notifications, SMS, payments, and voucher wallets.
  • Project management experience; Agile or Scrum exposure is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
