Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dialysis Nurse located in Kecamatan Bekasi Timur. The Dialysis Nurse will manage the daily operations of dialysis treatments, monitor and assess patients during procedures, and support them throughout their care journey. Responsibilities include preparing dialysis equipment, administering treatments, collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients about renal health, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures, with a strong understanding of associated equipment and techniques.
- Skilled in Nursing practices with knowledge in Medicine and patient care standards.
- Understanding of Nephrology and kidney disease management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of a nursing license in Indonesia and relevant certifications in dialysis or nephrology care.
- Previous experience in a dialysis unit or nephrology clinic is a strong advantage.
