Manage day-to-day production operations, including monitoring systems, incident response, deployments, and ensuring high availability.
Collaborate with dev team to have more secure and better performance code
Optimize database structures for performance, including schema design, query tuning, indexing, backups, and capacity planning.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect against hackers, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance hardening.
Build, automate, and secure CI/CD pipelines for reliable and safe deployments.
Monitor infrastructure, applications, and databases for performance issues, anomalies, and threats.
Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and collaborate with engineering/product teams on preventive measures.
Automate operational and security tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code.
Document procedures, runbooks, and security policies; contribute to disaster recovery planning.
Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices to proactively strengthen our platform.
Mandatory Requirements
3+ years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or security operations roles.
Proven experience handling production operations, monitoring, and incident management.
