Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimizecontainerizationwithDockerand orchestration withKubernetes(EKS or on-prem clusters).
- Design, implement, and maintainAWS cloud infrastructurein compliance with banking security standards.
- Conductperformance & load testing (kube load test)to ensure reliability of high-transaction systems.
- Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusingArgoCD / Jenkins / GitLab CIfor automated build, test, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure fast, secure, and compliant release processes.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Develop and maintain deployment documentation, SOPs, and technical guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experienceas a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
- Strong knowledge ofDocker & Kubernetes(deployment, scaling, monitoring).
- Experience withAWS services(EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ELB).
- Familiar withkube load testingand other performance testing tools.
- Proficient in one or moreCI/CD tools:ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Knowledge ofInfrastructure as Code(Terraform / CloudFormation is a plus).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Prior experience inbanking or fintech industryis a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
