Job Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in automating, maintaining, and optimizing our system infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of our payment services. The ideal candidate is passionate about CI/CD, system monitoring, and cloud operations in mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using DevOps tools.
- Maintain and optimize cloud/on-premise infrastructure to support business applications.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, and system administrators to ensure smooth deployment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in deployment and operations.
- Research and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient with Linux environments, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of networking, system security, and load balancing concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
