Desk Collection Analyst (ISA Lead)

Role Purpose:

In this role, you'll be at the center of how our Income Share Agreement (ISA) program grows and performs. This role blends data, operations, and real-world execution giving you direct ownership over improving workflows, driving repayment performance, and shaping collection strategies that actually work.

You'll collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, and Career teams to track student progress and employment outcomes, while turning ISA data into clear insights for decision-making. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and building systems in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead improvements to the ISA product and operational workflows.
• Conduct market research and ensure product compliance.
• Oversee ISA intake, KYC, agreements, and collateral management.
• Drive repayment and collection performance; refine SOPs and strategies.
• Analyze ISA data, build KPIs, and deliver insights to leadership.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Academic, and Career teams on student status and employment tracking.
• Manage communication streams and collect student feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 23 years of experience in finance operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Confident communicator with leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
