DESIGN INTERIOR

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab dalam proses desain layout, Eksterior dan Interior untuk outlet baru.
• Mampu melakukan pengukuran dan pengecekan terhadap lokasi proyek.
• Mampu memecahkan permasalahan dalam proses desain dan pelaksaan proyek.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi.
• Mampu mengoperasikan software desain dan rendering (AutoCad, Sketchup, Vray dan sejenis)
• Mampu membuat BQ dan RAB
• Mampu membuat gambar kerja
• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap proyek secara berkala
• Mampu bekerja dalam target,cepat, cekatan, dan teliti

Qualifications

• S1 Desain interior
• Mahir Autocad,sketchup (2Dimensi, 3Dimensi)
• Mahir rendering 3D
• Memiliki pengalaman Desain Interior
