Architect / Interior Design / Landscaping

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional with a strong background in architecture, interior design, and/or landscaping to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the planning, design, and execution of custom homes and villas projects in Bali. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail to deliver bespoke and high-quality design outcomes for our clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of custom homes and villas projects, from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentation boards in accordance with project requirements.
• Research and source furniture, materials, and dcor elements aligned with the project's design concept and client preferences.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction are maintained.
• Maintain files and records related to design projects, expenses, and other administrative tasks.

Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, landscaping, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing interior design, architecture, landscaping projects and experience in residential or commercial design, particularly custom homes or villas.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong drawing ability in 2D/3D, workplan, and presentation boards.

Creative mindset with excellent aesthetic and visual sense.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable with strong sense of confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Preferably domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate.
