What Youll Do
- Draw Testfit & Schematic Design.
- Develop an Interior Design scheme.
- Technical detail development (interior & exterior components).
- Research local codes and standards and address compliance in early design phases.
- Coordinate test fits and schematic plans with MEP/FP and Structural engineering strategies.
- QA/QC of internal drawing packages.
- Assist with consultant coordination process and review of milestone deliverables.
What Were Looking For
- 1-3 years relevant experience as a designer with a strong background in interiors/hospitality/F&B and/or renovation / adaptive reuse.
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related fields.
- Experienced with all project phases.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites.
- Strong space-planning ability.
- Strong ability in architectural representation, drafting, and detail development.
- Detail obsession, able to go deep on tasks as needed, execute & perform duties with accuracy, raise attention to potential issues & communicate relevant information to all parties.
- Ability to multitask plan development for multiple projects with short timelines.
- Ability to coordinate architectural and engineering systems cohesively.

Thats why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
