Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Sales & Distribution operational activities, including Order Management, Shipping, Packing, VAS, and Labeling.
  • Manage the processes for creating, revising, and canceling orders; order confirmation; SI Date updates; DN/SO; customer maintenance; and system data accuracy.
  • Oversee export shipment activities, including booking vessel/air shipments, customs documentation, stuffing schedules, and shipment execution.
  • Ensure effective coordination with forwarders, trucking companies, EMKLs, shipping lines, and customers.
  • Oversee packing plans, outer carton management, e-packing lists, VAS requirements, and labeling processes in accordance with customer instructions.
  • Oversee the use of the SAP, XPC, and CPS systems to ensure the accuracy of operational data.
  • Prepare and monitor Daily Reports, Weekly KPI Reports, shipment tracking, and operational performance analyses.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact/customer liaison for communication and customer needs, following the manager.
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis and Lean Six Sigma approaches.
  • Lead and mentor the SD team to achieve the company's operational targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or another relevant field.
  • Experience at the supervisor level in a Business Unit or Marketing Department, or in the footwear manufacturing industry, is a plus.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data processing, report generation, pivot tables, and data analysis. Proficiency in SAP SD modules is a plus.
  • Possession of certifications or supporting competencies such as Lean Six Sigma or PPJK is a plus.
  • Understanding of import-export processes, shipping documents, customs procedures, freight forwarding, and the overall supply chain management workflow.
  • Strong data analysis skills to support operational and business decision-making.
