Job Description :
Providing Services to Customers
- Providing good service and friendliness to customer, act hospitality and give greetings.
- Knowing and understanding of product knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Serving customers give quick response like simple greeting, and provide solutions / problem solving about the product if the Customer has difficulty or ask questions
- Offering add on products to customers to increase sales
- Keep updating with the latest promotion & campaign from HQ, and communicate accordingly to customers
Commercial Control
- Controlling store sales achievement (both furniture & accesories)
- Arrange aging goods, slow and fast moving goods to maximize sales
- Ensuring and checking merchandise quantity / inventory as target
- Providing general weekly sales & product analysis based on guidelines
- Communicating merchandise condition to Area Manager & Merchandising Team
- Suggesting creative idea or promotion program as market condition to increase sales
- Proposing strategy add on products to customers to increase sales in the store
Store Operational Control
- Controlling and ensuring operational in store by District run smoothly as regulation
- Checking each store by District of readiness of store opening and closing base on store check list everyday
- Providing the best solution for the customer problems/complaint which coming up.
- Controlling promo and campaign execution for all categories in the store
- Analyzing & evaluating merchandise replenishment in all store area (shopfloor & stock room) as per standard, in order to create maximum sales service opportunity
- Ensuring & controlling overall store team in arranging & display position merchandise from the delivery
- Regularly checking & controlling store repair & maintenance needed, and follow up accordingly to the respective person in charge
- Controlling store by District and merchandise cleanliness & tidiness based on operational standard (including checking Cleaning Service work result)
- Regularly execute stock opname via system on monthly basis
- Executing SOP from Loss Prevention (e.g : installing sensor matic on merchandise, checking passages, etc.)
- Preparing the items to be returned / transferred and handed over to the store expedition
Store Display Control (VM & Viscom)
- Ensuring & controlling overall store team in arranging & displaying merchandise based on VM & Merchandising guidelines at the store, in order to attract more customers to buy
- Keep updating with the latest VM display
- Ensuring the merchandise displayed are all updated with the latest price
- Monitoring the receiving and returning goods process, also checking the physic of goods and its documentation.
- Executing estimation stock monthly and routine stock opname.
- Organizing the warehouse neatly in order to reduce the loss number
Team Management & Development
- Communicating the target and new commitment as routine to subordinate
- Arranging manpower in daily and monthly basis (Daily Plan & Shift Roster)
- Observing & supervising day-to-day activitiy of each team members and their potentials
- Directing, coaching, and training the subordinate skill and knowledge & attitude
- Solving manpower issues for the problem with the team members
- Controlling new joiner to pass post test and UON
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, or at least 2 years as a Retail Operations Manager / Store Operations Manager
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within the retail industry (retail furniture experience is a plus)
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end store operations
- Solid capability in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and develop team performance
