Dental Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Technician to join our team as a Product Specialist & Sales Representative. This role requires strong technical expertise in dental prosthetics and the ability to communicate product value to clients. You will support both the quality control of prosthetic products and actively contribute to sales and client engagement across Bali and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire patient data using intraoral or model scanners.

Conduct quality control (QC) checks on prosthetic products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to dental clinics and laboratories.

Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals to promote our prosthetic products.

Achieve sales targets and expand client base in assigned territories.

Coordinate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.

Travel within Bali and across Indonesia as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, implants, etc.).

Diploma in Dental Technique from a recognized institution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to sell and build client trust.

Comfortable with digital tools, scanners, and CAD/CAM systems.

Detail-oriented with a high standard for product quality and customer service.

Based in Bali and willing to travel as needed.
