- Assess existing DB2 databases, define migration timelines, resources, and risk strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, convert DB2 objects to PostgreSQL equivalents, and design ETL automation.
- Implement data migration ensuring integrity, minimal downtime, and optimize PostgreSQL for scalability.
- Develop and execute testing plans, validate accuracy, troubleshoot performance, and document all processes.
- Provide training, post‑migration support, and establish monitoring and maintenance for PostgreSQL databases.
- Candidate one possesses professional experience from Pegadaian company.
