Role Overview: Dating Consultant

This role will serve our Indonesia branch. As a Dating Consultant, you play a key role in driving revenue by consistently meeting monthly sales targets and objectives. Your duties will involve consultative selling, successfully closing deals, and handling sales-related administrative tasks to support your overall sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-profile clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and effectively close deals.
  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets and objectives.
  • Complete post-sales administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Are effectively bilingual in Indonesian and English to liaise with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets will be an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Possess the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have positive, confident, and determined approach
  • Possess resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Are comfortable working with upscale, professional clientele
