Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Database Marketing & Marketing Communications Intern. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with communication, campaign/content creation and execution, marketing strategy/content strategy. If you think you are a fun and positive individual, ability to work under pressure and carry good research skills, this is for you!

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of key functions, including:

• Data Management and Analysis -maintaining and cleaning the CRM or database
• RSVP and Registration Tracking: They handle the flow of RSVP data, accurately entering responses, and tracking attendee statuses (e.g., confirmed, declined, no-show). They&aposll also update the database with on-site check-in information after the event.
• Market Research - Coordinate with corporate clients to ensure survey completion
• List Segmentation: Assist in segmenting the database for targeted invitations and communications
• Campaign Support: They help prepare and finalize email lists for event invitations and confirmation emails. This includes a final check for accuracy before launch to prevent miscommunications.
• Marketing Communication Execution (Collaborate with team to execute targeted campaigns using existing or new database)
• Collaboration and Teamwork

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Business, a strong foundation in data, marketing, and technology or relevant field
• Experience in social media management is a plus
