Data Scientist is responsible for transforming large volumes of raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role focuses on building data infrastructure, conducting advanced statistical research, and creating visual representations of complex data sets to support the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust data infrastructure to support analytical workflows.
- Gather and integrate data from various internal and external sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on large-scale company datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Utilize advanced programming languages to perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Transform analytical results into clear, visual formats such as graphs and dashboards to aid stakeholder understanding.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to meet business needs and support executive decision-making processes.
- Ensure all data handling and research activities comply with BPUI policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Data Scientist role.
- Strong expertise in mathematics, statistics, and data science methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages, specifically R and Python.
- Mastery of SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work On-Site (WFO).
