Job Descriptions:
- Support Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring Privy's compliance with data protection regulations, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and relevant sectoral regulations.
- Data Protection Documentation: Help document data protection-related materials at Privy, such as the privacy policy, data processing agreements, consent forms, and internal SOPs related to data handling.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, minimum in 6th semester
- Basic knowledge of technology law, especially related to personal data protection in Indonesia
- Strong legal analysis skills, particularly in research and drafting legal memoranda
- Good communication skills
